Shipping Policy

 The Upper Collective usually processes an order for shipment within 24-48 hours of placement. Please take into account that weekends and holidays may delay processing and shipping.

The Upper Collective is currently only selling and shipping within the US.

Return Policy

While we hope you love everything, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. We are happy to accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Returns are at the expense of the customer.

Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery by emailing sales@theuppercollective.com. We will send you return postage and have the postage cost deducted from the refund. Items returned must still have it's tag, be unworn, and free of make-up stains and perfumes. 

Any items returned after 10 days of delivery will not be refunded and will be shipped back to you at a your expense. 

Accepted returned items will be issued a refund for the price at the time of purchase minus the shipping if issued in the first 10 days. 

In case an item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@theuppercollective.com. 

We cannot guarantee exchanges, as our inventory is constantly in flux, we will do our best to accommodate, although should we not have what you need in stock, a return will be initiated.
